By participating in the DART Project, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

The DART Project provides a security dashboard that tracks, categorizes, and analyzes malicious activities on Discord, including compromised accounts, phishing campaigns, and suspicious URLs. The services include real-time threat monitoring, advanced analytics, and a unified processing engine inside the Monitor Discord app. The DART Project, including the website, Monitor Discord app, and data, are and will always be free as this is publicly accessible data and cannot be sold.

3. Data Collection and Use

By joining the DART Project, you agree to the collection and use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This data is utilized to improve the security of participating servers and support research on emerging threats. All collected information is publicly accessible through our website and database, except when a server requests anonymity, in such cases, I log the incidents but do not disclose their source.

4. Responsibilities of Participants

As a participant in the DART Project, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Data: Ensure that the data you provide is accurate and complete.
• Obtain Consent: Server staff must ensure they have the authority to share server data with the DART Project from the server owners.
• Comply with Laws: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Discord ToS Compliance: The project adheres to Discord's Terms of Service, and participants must also comply with these terms.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Services: Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with the Services: Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the DART Project.
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the services.

6. Intellectual Property

The DART Project, including the database, Discord bot, and website, are open source and available on GitHub under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE, Version 3, 29 June 2007. You are granted the rights provided by this license to use, modify, and distribute the project in accordance with the terms of the license.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThatSINEWAVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services.
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the services by any third party.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThatSINEWAVE and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

I may terminate or suspend your access / collaboration to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

The DART Project website does not use any cookies, trackers, or similar technologies. The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and the Discord bot also does not collect any tracking information beyond what is explicitly stated in the Privacy Policy.
